When you book a repair or contact us, we collect the details you give us — your name, phone, email, address, and a description of the problem — so we can schedule and complete your service.
How we use it
- To contact you about your repair and confirm appointments.
- To send you a receipt and, after a completed job, an optional request for a review.
- To follow up about service, plans, or offers you’ve asked about.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your information. We don’t share it except with the tools we use to run our business (for example, to send email or text confirmations).
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time — just call (561) 533-9840 or email support@teknotv.com.
