Our diagnostic fee is a flat $88. We come out, fully diagnose the problem, and give you an exact repair quote up front. If you approve the repair, that $88 is applied toward the work — so you’re never paying twice. No mystery pricing, no surprises.

For most of Palm Beach County we offer same-week, and often same-day or next-day, in-home appointments. Business accounts and no-cool refrigerator emergencies get priority scheduling.

Yes. Every repair is backed by a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same problem comes back, we come back — no charge.

All major brands, including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, KitchenAid, Bosch, Frigidaire, Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Viking. We’re an authorized service provider for Samsung, LG, and Sharp, and we handle both in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.

We’ll always tell you honestly. As a rule of thumb, if a repair costs less than half the price of a comparable new unit and the appliance isn’t near the end of its life, repair is the smart money. For appliances, we come to you — almost all repairs are done right in your home. For smaller items like some TVs and microwaves, in-shop service is sometimes faster and more affordable; we’ll let you know which makes sense.
